How Long is Each Session?
Each session is one hour in length. I'll make sure you get in an efficient and effective workout so that you can continue on with your day. If you'd prefer shorter workouts, let me know and I'll be happy to accommodate
Where do the Sessions take place?
Sessions take place at in my private studio. If you are looking for in house training, please let me know and I will be happy to see if I can accommodate session in an area that best fits you and your schedule.
Can I train with my friends?
Absolutely! I offer group training sessions, so you’ll still get an amazing, customized training experience for a more fun, competitive and cost savings experience!
When can I train?
I am available Monday through Sunday, 5 AM to 8 PM. When we connect, I will make sure I can assist with scheduling you your preferred training times!
How should I prepare for my session?
To make the most of your session time, it’s best to arrive wearing your workout clothes. Please bring a towel as well as a water bottle to stay hydrated during the training session. We also recommend eating a light snack two hours prior to your session. If you have time, it’s worth starting a light warm up or stretching session before the workout.
